Product Collections
Streamline your DCP Promotions with our Product Collections feature. Located in the Client Portal, you can create and manage custom collections containing any active products in your item mapping. When it comes time to build a new promotion, multiple products can be included in a single click. Items in a collection can be added or removed at any time, uploaded and removed in bulk, and even exist in multiple collections at once. Simply head over to the Client Portal and select the Product Collections tab to get started.
Product Collections in Action
Let’s say your brand has a series of ten guitar effects pedals called “Super Disto,” and you want to run a promotion spanning the whole line of products. Instead of creating an individual promotion for each pedal, the savvy client portal user would head over to the Product Collections tab and create a new collection to apply the promotion across all pedals in the series. Super Disto Product Collection Example
Give the collection a clear name and description so it can easily be found and edited later.
Name: “Super Disto Pedals”
Description: “Product Collection for Super Disto Pedals”
Depending on the size of your collection, you can either use the drop down menu of products from your Item Mapping, or simply paste a comma-separated list of the products you want to include.
When the time comes to build your promotion, simply select “Specific Collection” and choose your new Product Collection from the dropdown menu to apply the promotion to all Super Distro Pedals.
